Request data deletion

To delete information associated with a Front Row Desk workspace or a connected Facebook or Instagram account:

1. Email hello@frontrowdesk.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include the business name, your account email, and the Facebook Page or Instagram username involved. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
3. We will verify that you are authorized to make the request and confirm receipt.
4. After verification, we will disconnect the integration and delete or anonymize the applicable account and platform data, except information we must retain for security, legal, or transaction-record obligations.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will notify you if applicable law requires a different schedule.

You can immediately stop future Meta access by opening Connect in Front Row Desk and disconnecting Facebook Messenger and Instagram, or by removing Front Row Desk from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
